Terms & conditions
These terms govern room reservations made directly on www.hotel-sierre.ch, with Heiwa Hospitality Concept Sàrl, operator of the Hôtel de la Poste.
1. Booking and payment
A reservation is confirmed after secure online payment (Stripe). The total amount, including city tax, is shown before payment. Confirmation is sent by email.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), plus the Sierre/Valais city tax where applicable. The price charged is the one calculated at the time of booking.
3. Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times are communicated at booking. Late arrival can be arranged on request.
4. Cancellation
The cancellation conditions applicable to your reservation are specified at booking and in the confirmation email. If we cannot honour the booking, the amount is fully refunded.
5. Liability
The hotel accepts no liability in cases of force majeure. The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Sierre (Valais).
