Data collected
When you book or contact us, we collect: first and last name, email, phone, stay dates and payment information (handled by Stripe, never stored by us).
Purposes
Your data is used to process your reservation, send confirmation and invoice, and answer your requests. We never resell it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) only after your consent via the cookie banner. No tracking cookie is set without agreement.
Sharing
Your data is shared with our technical providers (Hostaway for hotel management, Stripe for payment) strictly to fulfil the reservation.
Retention
Reservation data is kept for the period required by Swiss legal and accounting obligations.
